Anti-spam agents for Exchange Server 2007 cannot be installed

Problem Anti-spam agents for Exchange Server 2007 cannot be installed.
Features affected The anti-spam features that provide services to block spam, or unsolicited commercial e-mail, is affected.
Resolution To resolve this issue, you must manually install the anti-spam agents for Exchange Server 2007.
To install anti-spam agents for Exchange Server 2007
Click Start, click All Programs, click, Microsoft Exchange Server 2007, right-click Exchange Management Shell, and then click Run as administrator.
In the User Account Control window, click Continue.
Type Install-AntispamAgents.ps1, and then press the ENTER key.
If an error occurs in this step, please contact Microsoft Product Support. Restart the Microsoft Exchange Transport service as follows:
Click Start, and then in the Search field type services.msc.
In the User Account Control window, click Continue.
Right-click Microsoft Exchange Transport, and then click Restart.
If you are prompted to restart the Windows SBS POP3 Connector, click Yes.
Double-click Microsoft Exchange, double-click Organization Configuration, and then click Hub Transport.
Verify that the Anti-Spam tab exists.
