Events for a Report Server in SharePoint Integrated Mode

Windows SharePoint Services (WSS) 3.0 and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) 2007 offer diagnostic logging to monitor activity on a SharePoint server. If you run a report server in SharePoint integrated mode and have configured your reporting environment with WSS or MOSS, you might find some of the SharePoint events useful in monitoring your reporting environment. You can configure these events to be logged to the Windows event log or trace logs, or both. For more information and steps to configure diagnostic logging on a SharePoint server in SharePoint 3.0 Central Administration, see Configure diagnostic logging settings (Windows SharePoint Services).

The following table lists event categories and levels that are recommended for monitoring a Reporting Services environment with WSS or MOSS. When an event is logged, each entry includes the time the event was logged, the process name, and the thread ID.
