I received an error stating that "Automation server can not create object" when trying to offer Remote Assistance to a client computer that is running Windows Vista

Cause: The computer from which you are offering remote assistance is not running Windows Vista. You can offer Remote Assistance to a computer that is running Windows Vista only from a computer that is running Windows Vista.

Solution: Log on to a computer that is running Windows Vista and that is either a part of the Windows SBS network or has a VPN connection to the network. Offer assistance from that computer by using Windows Remote Assistance. If you are not using a computer that is running Windows Vista, then you can use Remote Web Workplace to make a remote desktop connection to a computer that is running Windows Vista and that is in the Windows SBS network, and then you can send the offer of remote assistance to the computer of the user who needs help.
