Fax Configuration Wizard

You can use the Fax Configuration Wizard to configure the devices that you want to use for sending and receiving faxes and to configure where you want to route faxes on the network.

Important

It is recommended that you use different fax devices for incoming and outgoing faxes.

Note

Windows SBS can support up to four fax devices.

  • For more information about configuring inbound fax devices, see Inbound Fax Device.
  • You should configure at least one routing method for each fax modem that you use for inbound faxes. For more information about fax routing, see Inbound Fax Routing.
