Manage Printers
Using the Manage Printers taskpad, you can manage network printers and print jobs.
Task Summary
The following table describes the tasks on the Manage Printers taskpad. Some tasks are only available when a printer is selected.

Add a Printer |
Starts the Add Printer Wizard, enabling you to add a local or network printer. |
Change Printer Properties |
Enables you to modify the properties of the selected printer. |
Manage Printer Jobs |
Enables you to cancel, pause, or resume jobs in the selected printer's queue. |
Remove Printer |
Permanently removes the selected printer. After a printer is removed, it cannot be recovered. |
Manage Fax Printers |
Opens the Manage Fax Printers taskpad. |
