To configure logging for Routing and Remote
Perform this procedure if you installed Routing and Remote Access after running the Monitoring Configuration Wizard.
- Click Start, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Routing and Remote Access.
- In the console tree, click Remote Access Logging.
Where?- your server name
- Remote Access Logging
- In the details pane, right-click Local File, and then click Properties.
- On the Settings tab, select the Accounting requests and Authentication requests check boxes.
- On the Log File tab, configure as follows:
- Under Directory, accept the default file location, or type or browse to the Logfiles folder:
systemroot\WINDOWS\System32\Logfiles - Under Format, select IAS.
- Under Create a new log file, select Daily.
- Select the When disk is full delete older log files check box.
