You can set Job Manager to notify you in a pop-up window whenever the status of a job changes. To display current status in the job queue and task list, you can also set, as Refresh interval, the time interval at which the screen is refreshed.

To set the notification option

  1. Click File, then click Options.

  2. In the Options form, check Notify me when the job status changes.

  3. Specify the refresh interval if desired. This can be 15 seconds (the default), 30 seconds, 1 minute, 5 minutes, or 10 minutes.

  4. Click OK.
