I can't get Skype to work. I can call someone and see them and talk to them as long as I want but if I ever turn my video on, it all goes away and the connection is dead. I need help. Anyone know how to do anything about this? I'm told it is some setting that is not set right. I've downloaded the newest edition of Skype so it is not that. Please help! We are unable to receive e-mail from our bank for enhanced security passcode to add this new computer. Our bank needs to recognize the computer we are using for us to have access to our internet banking site. We have turned the firewall off but can not receive e-mail. Bank claims they don't know what to tell me. Dell can't help. McAfee says it is not them either. Can you help

i have a M2N-sli deluxe mainboard, with 2 lan outputs. with lan2 iam correctly connected too the internet, with lan1 i want too goo directly too my xbox360 i have a cable between them ,to vieuw photo`s, film on my lcd tv. but when i let the xbox search network he says no IP found. cant connect, i have put the firewall on lan1 off, lan1 on pc cant find xbox,

I can only connect to the interent wirelessly from home. I can connect to the wireless at my office, my friends, etc, but cannot connect to the internet. I tried shutting off my firewal, but that didn't help. Any suugestions, or should I contact my notebook manufacturer?

Their error message said to add IP address 68.239.86.20, 68.239.86.21, 68.239.86.22, 68.239.86.23 and to enable standard port 80 and secure port 443. Then to enable the applcation Gplayexe. But I haven't got a clue how to do it. And I'm afraid of messing somethin up. Can you help me.

At the startup of my computer a page pops up and says it is unable to initialize the program required to start windows defender (whatever that is). How do i start it or do I even have to? I have McAfee on my computer for protection so is this necessary?

it seems that when i get into doing something it just turns off then i have to mess with it to get it too work right again like starting in safe mode then restrating from there or just pushing the button on the cpu a few times.

I HAVE A HP J6480 ALL-IN-ONE AND IT JUST STOPPED PRINTING ALL OF A SUDDEN. I CALLED TECH SUPPORT AND EVERYTHING AND THEY SAID I NEED SOME PART ON THE PRINTER. I TOOK IT BACK WHERE I BROUGHT IT FROM AND WHEN I HOOKED IT UP AND TRIED TO PRINT IT STILL WOULDN'T PRINT!

When I enter a server I maby can play if i'm lucky like 5 min before it just turn off and says Half Life Doesn't Responding. I need to press Ctrl-Alt-Delete to get the lagg away.

I have set the firewall state for domain, private and public to block both inbound and outbound unless there is a rule that matched. Inbound works fine, however when I do create an outbound rule the traffic is dropped, if i turn back on private outbound (i.e. allow) traffic is allowed. The rule i was testing with was to allow TCP port 80, 443, 25 and UDP 53 outbound. Can anyone help? Note: There are no other firewalls.

I have a LAN with 3 PC: 2 XP sp3 (A - connected by cable & B - wi-fi) 1 Vista 64 sp2 (C - cable), connected to the internet through a modem/router/switch. Connected to the modem there's a USB HD that I use to store files on-line, accessible through samba.
Since three days, suddenly, I'm no more able to copy files from C to A, but I can do it from A to C. I can do it from C to B and form A to B and vice-versa. I've tried rebooting the modem, disabling firewalls, but nothing happens.

Even though I am connected to the internet through Explorer and I can send and receive e-mails, I am not able to connect through Microsoft Money. I recently disabled McAfee and enabled Microsoft security and now my Microsoft Money will not connect to the internet. Any suggestions as to why and what I can do to fix this problem?

1)When I click on a link in an Outlook email I started reciving over the last month a message "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator".....I am the admininistrator but my spouse as well as my child has a user area and they don't recieve this message. Does anyone know what I've changed by accident that is causing this problem? Using Vista...thought it was related to the new Explorer 8 install but unloaded and reloaded 7 and still no luck......Since the versions of Explorer and Outlook are the same for all users and the others don't have this problem I'm at a loss as to what I have clicked to cause this problem....

2)Asked a User Account Control message when I open up Explorer "A program needs you permission to continue" just to have to click okay...other users do not get this message......work around click but a pain.

3)Last problem causing me heartburn and all users is the script error on the page everytime something does come up....
