This section lists the tasks you should perform at least once per week. You might need to perform these tasks more frequently, depending on your environment.

Review the Most Common Events and Alerts reports. Troubleshoot or fine tune recurring/high volume events and alerts.

Monitor database size for growth. Track growth trends and changes. You can query database size at Public Views\Microsoft Operations Manager\ Databases\ Microsoft Operations Manager Database Percent Free Space.

Evaluate methods to increase application and server performance, based on the knowledge obtained from daily operational activities.
