About filters

Archived content. No warranty is made as to technical accuracy. Content may contain URLs that were valid when originally published, but now link to sites or pages that no longer exist.

Filtering is a quick and easy way to find and work with a subset of entries in alist, document library, ordiscussion board.A filtered list displays only therows that meet the criteria you specify for a column. Unlike sorting, filteringdoes not rearrange the items. Filtering hides rows you do not wantdisplayed.
