To view, print, and save a report of Group Policy object settings

In the Group Policy Management Console (GPMC) console tree, double-click the forest containing the domain or organizational unit that contains the Group Policy object (GPO) with which you want to work, and then select the GPO.

Click the Settings tab to view reports in GPMC.

If you want to print or save the report, right-click the settings report in the results pane and do one of the following:

Print
to print the report.

Select
Save Report
to save the report.
Note To customize the information displayed in a report, click Show or Hide to display only the data you want to view or print.

to print the report.
Additional considerations

To view a description of a setting in Administrative Templates, click the setting name in the report.

From within GPMC, it is not possible to use the keyboard to navigate inside an HTML report. To navigate inside the HTML report, save the report to a file and then use Microsoft Internet Explorer to view the report.
