Configuring Remote Desktop Services Manager Options

Applies To: Windows Server 2008 R2

In Remote Desktop Services Manager, you can configure the refresh interval for the following:

  • Processes list

  • Status dialog boxes

The refresh intervals can be set to either manual or to a specific number of seconds.

In addition, you can also configure whether:

  • Actions taken in Remote Desktop Services Manager need to be confirmed.

  • Settings are saved when you exit Remote Desktop Services Manager.

  • Connection states to Remote Desktop Session Host (RD Session Host) servers are remembered when you exit Remote Desktop Services Manager.

To configure Remote Desktop Services Manager options
  1. In Remote Desktop Services Manager, in the left pane, right-click Remote Desktop Services Manager, and then click Options.

  2. In the Options dialog box, select your preferred configuration settings.
