Creates a partition on a disk, a volume on one or more disks, or a virtual hard disk (VHD).

Parameter	Description
Create partition	Creates a partition on a disk.
Create volume	Creates a volume on one or more disks, depending on the type of volume you specify.
Create vdisk	Creates a new VHD file using the available disk space on the computer, and then saves it to the location that you specify.
