Specifies the number of digits displayed in the fractional portion of currency.
To change the value of this entry, in Control Panel double-click Regional and Language Options, click the Regional Options tab, and then click the Customize... button. Next, click the Currency tab, and then select from the No. of digits after decimal list. Click OK.
Changes made in Regional and Language Options are effective immediately.
