To disconnect from a session

  1. Open Remote Desktops snap-in.

  2. In the console tree, right-click the connection.

  3. On the context menu, click Disconnect.

Notes

  • To open Remote Desktops, click Start, click Control Panel, double-click Administrative Tools, and then double-click Remote Desktops.

  • Your session remains active on the server.
