Delete phone book data

Applies To: Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2003 R2, Windows Server 2003 with SP1, Windows Server 2003 with SP2

To delete phone book data

  1. Open Windows Explorer.

  2. Double-click the Program Files folder, and then do one of the following:

    • If you are deleting Phone Book Service data, delete the Phone Book Service folder.

    • If you are deleting Phone Book Administrator data, delete the PBA folder.

Notes

  • You must be logged on as a member of the Administrators or the Power Users group to complete this procedure. If your computer is connected to a network, network policy settings might also prevent you from completing this procedure.

  • To open Windows Explorer, click Start, point to All programs, point to Accessories, and then click Windows Explorer.
