Delete phone book data
Applies To: Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2003 R2, Windows Server 2003 with SP1, Windows Server 2003 with SP2
To delete phone book data
Open Windows Explorer.
Double-click the Program Files folder, and then do one of the following:
If you are deleting Phone Book Service data, delete the Phone Book Service folder.
If you are deleting Phone Book Administrator data, delete the PBA folder.
Notes
You must be logged on as a member of the Administrators or the Power Users group to complete this procedure. If your computer is connected to a network, network policy settings might also prevent you from completing this procedure.
To open Windows Explorer, click Start, point to All programs, point to Accessories, and then click Windows Explorer.
