Mouse resolution specifier
Specifies the resolution of the mouse port. The number of counts per millimeter of resolution is determined by raising 2 to the power of the value of MouseResolution.
For example, if the value of MouseResolution is 3, then the mouse resolution is 2**3, or 8 counts per millimeter.
This entry is used only when a device is installed. When the system recognizes a new device, it copies this entry to a device-specific subkey in the Enum Subkey subkey. Thereafter, it uses only the entries in Enum.
