An administrator deploys a software package and the software does not appear in users' computers in Add or Remove Programs in Control Panel.
For the software to appear in the Add New Programs section of Add or Remove Programs, it must be Published (not Assigned) in Group Policy.
Other possible causes for this issue include:
Group Policy did not apply
The network can not be reached (can not query the domain controller for the user or computer)
Choose the Published software deployment method when you deploy the package.
The Windows Installer package must be written such that the software can appear in Add or Remove Programs.
