Set Credentials Dialog Box - Connection Strings Feature
Applies To: Windows Server 2008 R2
Use the Set Credentials dialog box to configure a connection string to use a SQL Server user name and password. You should set these credentials when the SQL Server database is on a computer other than the Web server.
UI Element List

User name |
Type the name of the account that you want IIS to use to access your SQL Server database. |
Password |
Type the password associated with your SQL Server database. |
Confirm password |
Retype the password associated with your SQL Server database. |
