Log on to Outlook Web Access
Microsoft Office Outlook Web Access (OWA) connects to your company’s Microsoft Exchange Online e-mail service by using a Web browser and an Internet connection. After logging on to the OWA site, users can access their e-mail from almost anywhere and use many of the same features that are found in the Office Outlook program that is installed on their computers.
To log on to OWA
Before you sign in to OWA, you must sign in to the Microsoft Online Services Sign In application.
-
Log on to Outlook Web Access using one of the following methods:
-
In the Sign In application, click the Home tab, click the arrow next to E-Mail and Calendaring, and then click Microsoft Office Outlook Web Access.
-
In a Web browser, type the URL for OWA, and then press ENTER. To find the URL for OWA, see URLs for Microsoft Online Services.
-
On the My Company Portal site, click the Home tab, and then click Start Microsoft Office Outlook Web Access (OWA).
-
In the Sign In application, click the Home tab, click the arrow next to E-Mail and Calendaring, and then click Microsoft Office Outlook Web Access.
-
Under Security, select This is a public or shared computer or This is a private computer.
-
If you select the This is a public or shared computer check box, make sure that you log off when your session is finished, to prevent others from accessing your e-mail.

If you select the This is a private computer check box, the session remains open during a longer period of inactivity before it automatically logs off.
-

-
If you want to use a more basic version of Outlook Web Access, select the Use Outlook Web Access Light check box.
Although Outlook Web Access Light has fewer features, you may want to use it if you are using a browser that has Web pop-up blocking software enabled, or if you want improved accessibility. This version may also be faster if you have a slow Internet connection.
-
Type your information in the E-mail Address and Password boxes, and then click Log On.
