PageInformation

General Properties

When you edit an option on this page, that option is applied to all selected users.

For options that remain unchanged, the users are not updated. In other words, all users retain their previous settings for that option.

If you have installed the Microsoft Online Services Directory Synchronization tool, you are not able to edit these options for user accounts that have been synchronized from your local Active Directory to Microsoft Online Services. All user information properties for synchronized users must be edited in your local Active Directory.

Security Settings

If you select Do not change this setting, no updates are made to the users' settings.

If you select Yes, all users' settings are updated to Yes.

If you select No, all users' settings are updated to No.

The Usage location option specifies the primary country or region where the user will use the services. Depending on the location, there may be restrictions. For more information, see About Service Restrictions.

Services

The services for which your company has purchased subscriptions appear on this page. The services displayed reflect the subscriptions and licenses that your company purchased in the Microsoft Online Services Customer Portal. For more information, see About managing subscriptions in Customer Portal Help.

Select Do not adjust licensing if you do not want any changes made to the users' licenses.

If you want the same licenses applied to all users, select Replace existing licensing.

Confirmation

A summary of each user's update status appears on this page. If errors are encountered during the updates, messages appear on this page.

Additional Information

When you perform a bulk edit, the Microsoft Online Services Administration Center will not make changes to your own account. If you include your own account in a bulk edit, you will receive a message on the Confirmation page saying that your account was skipped.
