Recover deleted e-mail

You can recover e-mail messages that have been permanently deleted and no longer appear in your Outlook folders.

  1. Open Outlook 2003.
  2. On the Tools menu, click Recover Deleted Items. A dialog box appears.
  3. Select the item that you want to recover, and then click Recover Selected Items.
    The recovered item appears in the folder from which it was permanently deleted.

Note

To recover all items in the list, click Select All.
