The list of user profiles on a client computer says "None"

Cause: The User Profile WMI Provider is not installed on the client computer that is running Windows Vista. Windows Vista requires that the User Profile WMI provider be installed in order to enable users to access documents and user settings for their existing user profiles after the computer joins the Windows SBS domain.

Solution: Download and install the User Profile WMI Provider from the Microsoft Web site (https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=78007) to the client computer that is running Windows Vista.
