The DNS domain name cannot contain DBCS (Double-Byte Character Set) or extended characters
Windows Small Business Server 2003 Setup cannot install Exchange or Windows SharePoint® Services during the upgrade because the DNS (Domain Name System) name for the internal domain contains nonstandard characters.
You must either complete a new installation or migrate to a new computer running Windows Small Business Server 2003.
