PreventAutoConnect
PreventAutoConnect specifies whether to prevent autodialing to partner Internet service providers (ISPs). If a partner ISP does not fully implement Microsoft Windows Remote Access Service (RAS) application programming interfaces (APIs) for connecting to the Internet, users can experience problems if they are connected automatically.
