DoNotCleanTaskBar
DoNotCleanTaskBar specifies whether Sysprep removes icons from the Quick Launch toolbar (except Show Desktop) and deskbands. This setting is available only to corporations.
This setting has no effect on Server Core installations of Windows Server 2008.
