I have a HP G6000 with vista installed When I got the laptop It did not come with system discs They said I had to burn my own I tried loads of times but it keep failing so I give up Now the computer has crashed It will not start even in safe mode It just keeps freezing or turning its self off I’ve tried pushing F8 : F10: F11 : but it just freezes.
HELP is there any way I can get back to factory settings to start over I need my fix of WOW I cant not play the game without my laptop The settings are suppose to be on the hard drive But I can not get to them, If Anyone could help it would be great

I was installing updates last night and I got an error code 646 and I was wondering if anyone can help me with this problem because I can't seem to find out what the code 646 means. Any help is appreciated. Thank you
