NoDial specifies whether to use an Internet Explorer Administrator Kit (IEAK)-based sign-up process.

Uses an IEAK-based sign-up process. This is the default value. |
Note
NoDial must be set to false if your sign-up process is in serverless, kiosk, or Internet Connection Wizard (ICW) mode.
