FrontPage 2000 Server Extensions Service Release Now Available!

A new service release for FrontPage 2000 Server Extensions is now available.
In addition to including a number of stability and performance improvements, the service release also includes all previously released security patches. (Microsoft Knowledge Base article 306118 provides a complete listing of all fixes in FPSE 2000 SR1.3).
In general, staying up to date on service packs and service releases is one of the best ways to get secure and stay secure. A system that's up to date on service packs and service releases will only need subsequently released security patches to be fully protected against all known security vulnerabilities.
In addition, FPSE 2000 SR1.3 forms the secure baseline for future FPSE 2000 security patches. FPSE 1.3 will be required for any future FPSE 2000 security patches.
FPSE 2000 SR1.3 is included as part of the Windows 2000 Security Rollup Package for Windows 2000 and is available as a separate download for all other Windows platforms.
