Planning for Communicator Web Access

The planning process for deploying the 2007 R2 version of Microsoft® Office Communicator Web Access includes the following:
- Step 1. Evaluate Your Organization's Requirements for Communicator Web Access. This includes deciding whether the features and functionality in this release of Communicator Web Access are appropriate for your organization.
- Step 2. Determine the Components Required for Communicator Web Access. This includes identifying the components required to support Communicator Web Access for your organization.
- Step 3. Identify the Technical Requirements for Deploying Communicator Web Access. This includes identifying prerequisites and other requirements that must be met to deploy Communicator Web Access, including the client, server, load balancer, and infrastructure requirements.
- Step 4. Plan Your Deployment of Communicator Web Access. This includes defining the tasks required to deploy all components, and how they will be implemented.
