Help installed with the product is also available in the Windows Server 2008 and Windows Server 2008 R2 Technical Library. There were no features changes between Windows Server 2008 and Windows Server 2008 R2, however, the Help content was updated with additional configuration and troubleshooting tips.

Review general troubleshooting steps, create a log that can be debugged later, and review solutions for events and errors for the Fax Server role.
