Sort Accounting Data

Membership in the local Administrators group, or equivalent, is required to complete this procedure.

To sort accounting data

  1. Open Windows System Resource Manager.

  2. In the navigation tree, right-click Accounting, and then click Filter View.

  3. In Configure Accounting View Filter, click Sort Items.

  4. In Sort items by, select a group by which to sort the accounting data.

  5. Select either Ascending or Descending.

  6. Repeat steps 3 and 4 as necessary. When you are finished, click OK.

Additional considerations

  • To open Windows System Resource Manager, click Start, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Windows System Resource Manager. In the Connect to Computer dialog box, select This computer, and then click Connect. Microsoft Management Console will start with the Windows System Resource Manager (Local) snap-in open.

  • In Configure Accounting View Filter, you can click Save View to save the current accounting view configuration for later use. Then, you can use Load View to load a previously saved configuration, or Reset View to reset the configuration to the default.
