Stores the path to the folder containing shortcuts to items that appear on the Programs menu on the user's Start menu.
Windows Server 2003 automatically starts these items when the user logs on. You can enter any valid Universal Naming Convention (UNC) name or mapped drive in the value of this entry.

- The %USERPROFILE% variable represents the path to the user's Profiles folder. The default is Systemroot\Documents and Settings\username.
