Windows interface administrative tool reference A-Z: Regional and Language Options

You can use Regional and Language Options to change the format Windows uses to display dates, time, currency amounts, large numbers, and numbers with decimal fractions. You can also choose from a large number of input languages and text services, such as different keyboard layouts, Input Method Editors, and speech and handwriting recognition programs.
