|Message:||Application or service '%3' could not be shut down.|
A restart might be required
In order for the application or service that was identified in the event message details to function correctly, a system restart might be required. Restart Manager will attempt to resolve the issue the next time it runs.
To verify that the shutdown process was successful, review the event log after a system restart or after the completion of the installation or upgrade process. If no further events are logged, the issue has been resolved.
