Monitoring Windows Firewall

Applies To: Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2003 R2, Windows Server 2003 with SP1, Windows Server 2003 with SP2

You can monitor Windows Firewall activity by using the Windows Firewall log file and the security log. Both tools are useful for troubleshooting Windows Firewall problems and temporarily monitoring the behavior of Windows Firewall.
