RSDir Syntax

Art Image RSDir [Path[\File]] [/s] [/f]

Without parameters, RSDir displays the Remote Storage status of the files in the local directory. The status tells whether the object resides in local or remote storage and provides details of its movement and location.

Parameters

Path [\File]
Displays the Remote Storage status of a specified file or the files on a volume or in a directory. If you omit this parameter, RSDir displays the Remote Storage status of files in the local directory.

To display the status of the files on a specified volume or in a specified directory, use wildcard characters, for example, d:\*.* or c:\folder\*.log.

/s
Recursively displays the Remote Storage status of all files and folders within the specified directory.

/f
Displays extended ("full") Remote Storage status information.

Note

  • To accommodate the extended display, increase the width of the command window buffer to at least 500 characters, or redirect the output to a file.
