Restoring Windows Time service to default settings

Applies To: Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2003 R2, Windows Server 2003 with SP1, Windows Server 2003 with SP2

If the local Windows Time service settings are incorrectly configured, restoring the Windows Time service to its default settings might be more efficient than troubleshooting the problem.

Task requirements

The following tools are required to perform the procedures for this task:

  • W32tm.exe
