Description
Indicates how many processors the system is licensed to support.
This entry is protected by the Windows licensing agreement. If you change or delete the value or any properties of this entry, the system stops abnormally and displays a STOP 0x0000009A (SYSTEM_LICENSE_VIOLATION) blue screen. The STOP code is followed by the hexadecimal parameter, 0x00000005, indicating that off-line changes were made to the number of licensed processors.
