Description
Specifies whether the system sends spooler and job status messages when the job count changes.

This entry does not exist in the registry by default. You can add it by using the registry editor Regedit.exe.
Caution
- A value of 1 can degrade the performance of your system by requiring programs that don't use spooler information to read and discard it.
