What problem are you having?

The installation package does not install correctly.

The installation process stops before completing the installation.
The installation package does not install correctly.
Cause: The installation packaged has been corrupted.
Solution: Repair the installation package by using the Windows Installer repair option.

The installation process stops before completing the installation.
Cause: Windows Installer was not able to read the installation package, or conditions on your computer prevented the package from being installed successfully.
Solution: Windows Installer creates entries in the Windows event log. To view the log, do the following:

Open Event Viewer.

Review the application log for Windows Installer entries.

To open Event Viewer, click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel. Double-click Administrative Tools, and then double-click Event Viewer.

You can configure Windows Installer to create a custom installation log file.
