Change Method
To change the value of this entry, in Control Panel double-click Regional and Language Options. On the Regional Options tab, click the Customize button. Click the Date tab, and then select from the Negative number format list. Click OK.
Activation Method
Changes you make in Regional and Language Options are effective immediately.
