POP3 service commands overview
You can use the POP3 service command application, Winpop.exe, to manage the POP service and modify parameter settings. With Winpop.exe, you can use all the POP3 service parameters available in the POP3 service Microsoft Management Console (MMC) snap-in, as well as additional administrative settings that are only configurable using Winpop.exe.
