The Custom Colors subkey defines the custom colors in the color palette. The entries in the Custom Colors subkey are named ColorA through ColorP, and they all have a default value of 0xFFFFFF.
To change the custom colors, in Control Panel double-click Display, click the Appearance tab, click the Colors drop-down list, and then click Other.
