Change Method
The value of this entry is set when you select a time format. To select a time format, in Control Panel double-click Regional and Language Options. On the Regional Options tab, click the Customize button. Click the Time tab, and then select a format from the Time format list. Click OK.
Activation Method
Changes made in Regional and Language Options are effective immediately.
