Checklist: Configure licensing on a server

This checklist shows the steps that are required to configure licensing on a local server. It also lists several optional steps that you might need to take after licensing is configured. To configure licensing on a remote server, see Checklist: Set up licensing for the enterprise.

Add Per Server licenses by using the Licensing option in Control Panel.

Add Per Server licenses on the local server

 

Configure replication on a server.

(Optional) Delete Per Server licenses by using the Licensing option in Control Panel.

Delete Per Server licenses on the local server

 

(Optional) Change the licensing mode from Per Server to Per Device or Per User on a server.
