General Telephony Concepts
Confirm that you have an Active Directory domain.

For the telephony server, set up or select a computer that is running a Windows Server 2003 operating system and that is in the same domain as the telephony clients or that is in a domain that has a two-way trust relationship with the domain containing the telephony clients.
