A response is sent from the remote device or computer. To write an automatic script, you must know the responses you will receive from the remote device. If a gap of two or more seconds occurs between characters, the received text is sent as a response. This gap is the only cue that a response is over. For more information, see Getting through two-second gaps and large blocks of text in Switch.inf.
