Description

Change Method
To change what appears on the screen while a user drags a window, in Control Panel double-click Display, click the Effects tab, and then click the Show window contents while dragging check box.
Note
- When the system is first installed, the value of this entry is 2 until Win32k.sys is loaded during the very first login session and queries the video adapter for its capabilities. Depending on the answer, the value of this entry is then set to 0 or 1.
