Group Chat Deployment Process
Create SQL Server Database.
Log on to the server that will host the database, and then create a new database.

Open Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
Ensure that the Enable Anonymous Access check box is selected.
Specify the credentials for an account that has read/write permissions on the file repository folder.
